Alina Gavrilov is a cum laude graduate from Queens College, City University of New York, earning her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in just three and a half years. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the St. John's University School of Law. While in law school, she not only gained firsthand experience working in a law firm setting, but she also had the privilege of interning for Nassau County Supreme Court Justice Daniel Palmieri. This invaluable experience provided her with in-depth exposure to general civil litigation. Under Justice Palmieri's direct supervision, she drafted several summary judgment motion decisions, one of which was published in the New York Law Journal.
Ms. Gavrilov is licensed to practice law in the State of New York since 2015. A dedicated and tenacious advocate, she focuses her practice on tort litigation. Her prior experience at a prominent defense firm for one of the nation's largest insurance companies provides her with a unique perspective and strategic approach to effectively represent her clients.
Ms. Gavrilov is a proud member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
