Allen L. LaRock
Mr. LaRock is the managing partner of the firm and chief appellate attorney. He has over fourteen years experience in the field of construction/job site accidents, personal injury, labor law, and negligence. Mr. LaRock is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude with a dual major in English and Political Science. He continued his academic accomplishments at Pace University School of Law graduating Cum Laude and was nominated by the faculty on the Moot Court Board.
Mr. LaRock is admitted to the practice of Law in the State of New York. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
He is a member of the New York State Trials, where he actively lobbies for the rights of injured parties. Mr. LaRock feels "there is no greater good and reward than giving the injured citizens of this state a voice in Albany. As attorneys we must be passionate about our chosen field and give back to those in need."
Early in his career he worked for the Insurance Industry and witnessed first hand their workings and thought process. He has used this knowledge to fight for his clients.
Mr. LaRock believes that a case is won and lost in the preparation and details. He spares no expense in the litigation and ultimate trial of a case. He notes that "We have the financial means, intellect and endurance to succeed, that is what sets us apart."
