
Ms. Graber is currently co-founder of Garn & Graber LLC, Attorneys at Law where she divides her practice between representing injured workers who worked in war zones and advocating for Plaintiffs is national class action claims.
Allison Graber is a Founding Partner at Garn & Graber and has been licensed to practice in the State of Florida since 2018. Ms. Graber earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The George Washington University and her Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude.
During law school, Ms. Graber was a Certified Student Attorney, where she litigated multiple civil cases involving child custody, domestic violence, and dissolution of marriages before the D.C. Superior Court.
Ms. Graber also served as an Assistant StateAttorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she tried felony and misdemeanor cases in both the Juvenile Division and the Domestic Violence Unit. It was during this service that Ms. Graber was able to be a strong advocate for victims and survivors of violent crime and gender-based violence.
Ms. Graber also worked as an Associate Attorney Advisor for AEquitas: The Prosecutor's Resource on Violence Against Women. In this position, Ms. Graber was able to take her first-hand experience advocating for victims and survivors to help prosecutors' offices around the country launch innovative criminal justice programs.
