Attorney Amanda Kunz Hall brings a unique perspective to personal injury law. Before representing injured people, she spent more than a decade defending large corporations and insurance companies in complex litigation. Since 2018, she has focused exclusively on helping injury victims throughout Georgia.
That background gives Amanda valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate, defend, and delay claims. Today, she uses that experience to guide clients through the legal process with compassion, strategy, and a strong commitment to pursuing the recovery they deserve.
Admitted to practice in both Georgia and Florida, Amanda is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers. She has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury.
Amanda graduated summa cum laude from Wofford College and earned her J.D. with high honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she ranked in the top 5 of her class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. After law school, she completed a federal clerkship in the Northern District of Georgia and later practiced at King & Spalding, one of the Southeast’s largest international law firms.
Today, Amanda leads Amanda Hall Injury Law, helping clients in Woodstock, Cherokee County, and throughout Georgia after car accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and other serious injuries. Outside of her legal work, Amanda lives in Atlanta with her family and enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, and floral design. She is also active in the community through organizations including Special Olympics of Georgia and Court Appointed Special Advocates of Georgia.
