Mr. Levin’s practice focuses on criminal defense and civil litigation. He has tried numerous cases to verdict, achieving “against all odds” results before Juries and Judges alike. His cases have been featured in The Philadelphia Daily News, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and other prominent news outlets. For most people, the courtroom and surrounding legal issues can be an uncertain arena. Mr. Levin does all he can to help his clients understand the process every step of the way. He prides himself on being extremely accessible to clients and keeping them informed.
Mr. Levin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he won First Place in the Murray S. Love Trial Competition. Mr. Levin focused his legal studies on Trial Advocacy and Trial Evidence. He served as a clerk for the District Attorney’s Office as well as a Summer clerk for a Federal Judge.
Mr. Levin has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in the area of Criminal Defense for the past three years. This prestigious distinction is received by only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys. He is the past chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association. He has also been featured in Suburban Life Magazine as a Five-Star Attorney.
