Following graduation from Cornell University and the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, Andrew Needle began practicing law with one of the premier personal injury and medical malpractice firms in Florida. Since then he has distinguished himself both in and out of the courtroom as a trial lawyer, author, and lecturer and has been called “a lawyer’s lawyer” over the course of his 40 years of practice pushing the bounds of existing law. He has been named as one of South Florida’s Top Lawyers in medical malpractice by the South Florida Legal Guide 2002–2024. He was selected as a Heavy Hitter in health care law by the South Florida Business Journal February 10, 2006, and selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America®, 2007–2025 for Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Plaintiffs, and named “Lawyer of the Year- Medical Malpractice Law- Plaintiffs- Miami” for 2020 and 2025.
