Andrew M. Saperstein is the founder of The Saperstein Law Firm, PLLC in Auburn Hills, where he practices primarily in the fields of first and third-party No-Fault Insurance. Founding his own practice after being mentored by one of the finest and most experienced attorneys he has ever known, Mr. Saperstein has fought injury victims and their family members for more than 17 years, recovering penalty interest and/or penalty attorney fees on behalf of his clients against No-Fault insurance companies. He also represents medical providers, utilizing his knowledge of the Michigan No-Fault Act. Since entering the Personal Injury realm in 2007, Mr. Saperstein has handled numerous plaintiff-oriented claims, such as dog bite/attacks, slip and fall injuries, police abuse cases and slip and fall injury incidents.
Mr. Saperstein was raised in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where he graduated from North Farmington High School before attending Michigan State University, James Madison College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. He then attended Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court team in 2004, winning the Moot Court All-Class Competition, and placing third overall in the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Mr. Saperstein also served as a Moot Court Board Member from 2004-2005. While in Law School, Mr. Saperstein served as a Research Assistant to the Office of Library and Technology, as well as a Teacher’s Assistant for the Advanced Legal Research course.
He is an accomplished researcher, and has advanced certification in both Westlaw and Lexis research systems. Mr. Saperstein is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice, National Trial Lawyers Association, Oakland County Bar Association, Macomb County Bar Association, Washtenaw County Bar Association, B’Nai B’rith International - Great Lakes Region, and he is an alumni and past President of the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity, Beta Epsilon Chapter, at Michigan State University.
