Andrew W. Seibert, born in Limestone, Maine on April 19, 1966, raised in Fort Worth, Texas, was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1993. He was educated at University of Texas at Arlington (B.A.A. Management 1989) and South Texas College of Law (J.D. cum laude, 1993). Andrew was a member of Order of Lytae, and South Texas Law Review from 1991-1993. He is a member of the College of the State Bar, Tarrant County Bar Association, and Arlington Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts. Andrew is board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has tried cases to conclusion in every level of courts and has argued appeals in state and federal courts. He has also successfully concluded cases through arbitration. He has mediated cases as an advocate and representative of parties, as well as trained a formally trained mediator. His personal belief is that intimidation or concern of fees should not be a barrier to persons determining their legal needs.
