Annette Verdesco, Esq. was admitted to the practice of law in 1990. She has over 30 years of legal experience in Family Law, Domestic Violence Matters, Personal Injury, Civil & Criminal Litigation and both Federal and State Appellate Practice. Annette Verdesco has also represented law enforcement officers in disciplinary proceeding at departmental hearings and at the Office of Administrative Law.
Ms. Verdesco is appointed as Federal Appellate counsel under the U.S. Criminal Justice Act for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Verdesco has presented oral arguments before the State Appellate Court and the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals and has been successful in overturning numerous convictions on appeal in the State Court. Her published opinions are as follows:
