Ashley A. Zingaretti, Esquire, is an associate attorney at the Comitz Law Firm, LLC, focusing on the firm’s civil and commercial litigation practice.
Born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania, she graduated from Pittston Area Senior High School, and King’s College, where she earned B.A. degrees in Philosophy and Political Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the college’s Honor’s Program.
She then attended Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law, where she served as the Executive Admissions Editor for the Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation, and received a Golden YAM Award for exemplary journal service. During law school, she also served as a research assistant, a law library staff assistant, and a mentor in the law school’s Student Bar Association’s Student Mentor Program.
Attorney Zingaretti has gained practical experience in various settings. For example, prior to joining the firm, she served a national defense firm as an associate attorney in the firm’s healthcare and long-term care practice group, defending professionals and facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters. Her defense of medical malpractice cases brings a unique perspective to the Plaintiff’s side, giving our Firm an additional edge in pursuing justice for victims of medical malpractice.
Attorney Zingaretti is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is involved in local, state, and national organizations such as the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association.
