Austin is an associate trial lawyer at Bartimus Frickleton Robertson Rader and specializes in personal injury cases. He attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Austin served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Ortrie D. Smith in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri, and as a legal extern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Fraud & Corruption Unit.
Before joining the firm, Austin spent the first years of his legal career as an insurance defense lawyer, where he handled a myriad of civil cases. Austin worked closely with insurance adjusters who evaluate fault/responsibility and assign monetary values to personal injury claims. Austin now utilizes this knowledge and experience to zealously advocate on behalf of injured victims and achieve the most favorable results for his clients.
