Brad founded and has been involved in management capacities in several organizations focusing on legal advocacy for homeless people.
Before joining Danko Meredith, Brad worked as the Deputy District Attorney for Contra Costa County, where he handled more than two dozen felony and misdemeanor trials, interviewed and cross-examined dozens of experts, and negotiated resolutions on more than 2,000 cases. He was the Central County Misdemeanor Team Leader. During his tenure, he wrote and argued multiple appellate briefs, and had a case reach the California Supreme Court.

Before law school, Brad was a social worker in San Mateo County. Brad is dedicated to helping the community in which he was born and raised. He founded and has been involved in several organizations focusing on legal advocacy for the homeless.
Brad earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Political Science and International Affairs. He received certificates in Peace and Conflict Studies and Applied Business. He studied abroad in Spain and interned for U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein.
Brad earned his law degree at the University of California, Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. In law school, Brad was a member of the nationally recognized competition Trial Team, won awards for his oral advocacy, was awarded a public interest grant, and was a member of the Pro Bono Society. He founded the Space Law Society and presented “An Introduction to Space Law” to the 9th Circuit.
Brad was born in San Francisco and raised on the Peninsula. He has been a lifelong fan of all the local sports teams, especially the Giants, and of the Colorado Buffaloes. He recently married his high school sweetheart. They adopted a rescue dog named Butte, after the county they got married in, and when not in the office, you can find Brad with his wife and Butte enjoying the outdoors or spending time with family and friends.
Brad’s goal as an attorney is to continue to give back to the community.
