Brandon Lacy has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in the field of personal injury law in the Mid-South United States, a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and one of the Top Attorneys in the Mid-South. A practicing attorney for nearly twenty years, his practice focuses on civil litigation and trial practice, including personal injury, commercial litigation, general insurance law, franchise law, as well as appellate practice. Brandon has also developed one of the premiere short-term disability and long-term disability claims practices, including ERISA claims, in the State of Arkansas. With offices in Jonesboro and Fayetteville, Arkansas, he represents clients throughout the State of Arkansas, as well as in Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, and various other states. Having begun his career as a defense attorney, Brandon is well aware of the tactics employed by large corporations and insurance companies to game the system, unfairly deny legitimate claims, and prevent victims from the access to justice that they deserve. Brandon has litigated and tried million dollar cases as well as minor disputes, car wreck cases, personal injury lawsuits, slip-and-fall cases, fire loss claims, long-term disability lawsuits, and complex commercial litigation. Brandon has successfully litigated numerous ERISA cases, including appeals to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Brandon has tried cases in numerous counties throughout the State of Arkansas, and has litigated cases in nearly every county in the State.

Brandon is licensed to practice in Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, as well as the United States Courts of Appeal for the 6th and 8th Circuits. Brandon received a J.D. with honors from the William H. Bowen School of Law, University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2003, where he was Survey and Comments Editor on the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. Brandon received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with high honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is the author of “Employment Discrimination Survey,” 25 U. Ark. Law Review No. 4, 2003. Brandon is currently a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Craighead County Bar Association.

In 2022, Brandon became a formal business partner with his wife, attorney Megan Henry, and her firm, Henry Law Firm, with over forty years of history and experience in personal injury law in the State of Arkansas, merged with Lacy Law Firm.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, attending his children’s sporting events, and attending Razorback athletic events.
