Brian was born and raised in Garland, Texas, graduated from South Garland High School, and attended Southern Methodist University for his undergraduate degree as well as for his law degree. He tries cases mostly in Texas, but has also handled cases in other parts of the country, including Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Indiana, and New York.
He is active in the community and enjoys singing with his church choir and the Dallas Symphony Chorus. He is married, has three daughters, and assisted another young lady as her guardian.
He is President of the Texas Employment Lawyers Association and serves on its board. He is also an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and a board member of DFW-NELA.
