Berger received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Georgia State University in 1976 and his J.D. degree from Mercer Law School in 1979. His practice is limited to plaintiff's catastrophic personal injury litigation, with primary focus on fall down cases and premises liability cases. He is an active member of the American Association for Justice, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Georgia. Bruce Berger and Berger Law Firm are dedicated to pursuing justice for victims of carless conduct who suffer serious injuries as a result.
