Bryan C. Brown is a criminal defense attorney and former felony prosecutor with extensive experience in Georgia’s court system. Over the course of his legal career, he has worked thousands of criminal cases — from traffic offenses to serious felonies — and built a reputation for his strategic thinking and courtroom command.
Before launching his own law firm, Bryan served as a Managing Assistant District Attorney in the Gwinnett Judicial Circuit.
There, he supervised a six-person trial team, trained new prosecutors, reviewed and approved work performed by the other prosecutors on his team, called calendars, and ran court sessions — all while managing his own felony caseload. He also took on cases involving post-conviction matters and those that attracted media attention.
Earlier in his career, Bryan served in Muscogee County as both an Assistant Solicitor General and an Assistant District Attorney. He prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases from accusation through appeal, and managed high-volume dockets.
Bryan is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Columbus State University.
