Brynna Barnica joins the Keith Law Group after spending 17 years practicing criminal law both as a defense attorney and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.

She is a Northwest Arkansas native who earned her undergraduate education as a double major in Criminal Justice and Sociology at the University of Arkansas.

After earning her undergraduate degrees, she attended law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law where she was on the Dean’s List and active in a leadership role in the Health Law Student Organization.

After being admitted to the bar in 2006, Brynna began her career as an attorney at a firm in Rogers in a variety of areas including criminal law, divorce, and wills and estates.

In 2007, she began criminal defense work at the Benton County Public Defender’s Office spending over four years negotiating and litigating criminal matters.

In 2011, she continued her work for the citizens of Benton County by transferring to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

As a Prosecuting Attorney, she negotiated hundreds of criminal matters securing many convictions.

She has effectively handled approximately 15 jury trials of various crimes including cases involving homicide.

For the better part of two (2) years, she has been Chief Deputy Prosecutor in Division Two overseeing and guiding other prosecutors.

Her fierce advocacy and hard work led her to earning the November 2022 Benton County Employee Recognition Award after nomination by her colleagues.

Brynna joins the Keith Law Group with a continued passion and desire to advocate for the injured and those in need of justice.

Brynna resides in Northwest Arkansas with her husband of 20 years.
