Cameron W. Tyler has represented injured people from all walks of life for over 25 years. He has successfully conducted dozens of jury trials, court trials, and arbitrations in personal injury cases in federal and state courts. Mr. Tyler frequently assists injured workers at contested hearings before judges at the Worker's Compensation Office of Administrative Courts in Denver. He also appears regularly before the Social Security Office of Disability Adjudication and Review on disability cases. Mr. Tyler conducts de novo disability insurance trials and appeals in the United States District Court. Mr. Tyler has been on the steering committee in class action litigation, and actively represents individuals in multidistrict litigation product liability cases in federal court. He also represents employees wrongfully terminated from employment, including during and after Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigations.
Mr. Tyler is a member of the Colorado and Boulder Bar Associations, and the American Association of Justice.
Mr. Tyler contributes to or is a board member for a number of community organizations, including schools, low income residents, agriculture, sport teams, and disaster relief organizations.
