Casey Kelly spends every day fighting to right a wrong for his clients – a privilege that he knows makes him luckier than most. Born and raised in Slidell, Louisiana, Casey made his way to the University of Texas in Austin where he studied Political Communication. Once he graduated from South Texas College of Law – Houston, Casey spent his first several years in the legal field working in family law. Casey made the change to plaintiff's personal injury in 2021 and hasn’t looked back! Since then, he’s grown from an associate attorney to Daniel Stark's Legal Director. He has worked on some of the most complex cases that DS handles – including our recent $41 million verdict.
Casey loves being able to protect his clients after they’ve gone through an awful situation. “Everyone’s story is unique,” he says. “Our clients have all lost something important in their lives, and we get to spend every day helping them work to get it back.”
In 2024, Casey took on the role of Legal Director, managing attorney team leads, overseeing inventory and data analysis, and developing attorney onboarding and training programs. He also owns the trial core process, coaching attorneys to ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
