Charlie was born and raised in the coalfields of Southwest Virginia. After attending Grundy High School, he earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law. He regularly represents clients in criminal defense, business and civil litigation, and general family law matters. He practices throughout Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee.
