Charles S. Pappas, Esq.
Founder & Principal Attorney, Pappas Law, LLC — Framingham, Massachusetts
Charles "Chuck" Pappas has spent more than 20 years representing injured people across Massachusetts. As the founder and principal attorney of Pappas Law, LLC, he focuses his practice on personal injury and workers' compensation cases, including motor vehicle crashes, workplace injuries, and the insurance disputes that often follow.
Clients work directly with Chuck from intake through resolution. He is known for thorough preparation, clear communication, and a willingness to take cases to trial when an insurer won't offer fair value. His guiding principles are diligence, competence, compassion, and trustworthiness. All personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, so clients pay no attorney's fee unless there is a recovery.
Chuck was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2005 and to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He has been named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff list and has been recognized by Massachusetts Super Lawyers six years in a row. He serves clients throughout Boston, MetroWest, and Worcester County from offices in Framingham and Webster.
Outside the office, Chuck is a husband and father.
