Chase R. Pansler is a Partner with the Pansler Law Firm. During his collegiate experience, Chase had the honor of attending Southeastern University to play football for the inaugural 2014 Southeastern University Fire Football team. In 2017, Chase graduated from Flagler College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, with a focus in American history. During his time at Flagler College, Chase was a co-captain of the Flagler College Mock Trial Team, which allowed him the opportunity to compete across the State of Florida in front of judges and attorneys. Upon graduating from Flagler College, Chase attended Florida A&M University College of Law, where he joined the Florida A&M University College of Law Moot Court Team. During that time, he traveled across the country to argue mock appellate cases in front of federal and state judges and attorneys. During his studies at Florida A&M University College of Law, Chase made the Dean’s List numerous times and graduated with cum laude honors in the top twenty-five percent of his class, receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University College of Law in May of 2020. In November 2020, Chase passed the Florida Bar Exam on his first attempt.
Growing up at the Pansler Law Firm has allowed Chase to see countless cases from beginning to end. Although Chase became an attorney in 2020, his work on cases began back in 2012. As a law clerk for the Pansler Law Firm, Chase was involved in meetings with clients, drafting legal documents and memorandums, partnering with insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel, part of multiple trial teams, and wrote numerous appellate briefs to the Florida District Courts of Appeal, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Since 2012, Chase has enjoyed the honor and privilege to work alongside his father, Karl F. Pansler, as they fight for and protect the rights of their clients against insurance companies. Chase’s education and experience enables him to successfully handle your case, whether it involves an automobile, motorcycle, or trucking accident, slip/trip and fall, dog bite, wrongful death, medical malpractice, or products liability claim.
In his free time Chase likes to workout, surf, cycle, and spend time with his family and dogs. Chase is a black belt in Taekwondo and a blue belt under Fabio Novaes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he enjoys the opportunity to compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments around the state.
