Chris has focused on injury and insurance cases for almost twenty years. His trial practice has taken him all over the States of Idaho and Washington. While many cases do end in a settlement, Mr. Caldwell has tried personal injury cases before juries in Spokane and Asotin Counties in Washington, and Kootenai, Latah, Nez Perce, and Clearwater Counties in Idaho, in state and federal courts. Mr. Caldwell has also tried many cases before the Idaho Industrial Commission.

To obtain it, Mr. Caldwell had to pass an exam, have the endorsement of ten lawyers and two judges with regard to his ability and ethics, and show that he has successfully tried over ten cases to the Idaho Industrial Commission. Mr. Caldwell was past Chairman of the Workers Compensation Section of the Idaho State Bar as well as a member of the Board of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.
