Chris has handled all types of personal injury claims, including automobile and truck accidents, slip and fall injuries, insurance claims, negligence by professionals, failed medical appliances and dog attacks. He has also handled hundreds of workers’ compensation claims. Chris believes that by focusing on a limited area of the law, his clients will be better represented. Chris has focused on injury and insurance cases for almost twenty years. His trial practice has taken him all over the States of Idaho and Washington. While many cases do end in a settlement, Mr. Caldwell has tried personal injury cases before juries in Spokane and Asotin Counties in Washington, and Kootenai, Latah, Nez Perce, and Clearwater Counties in Idaho, in state and federal courts. Mr. Caldwell has also tried many cases before the Idaho Industrial Commission.

Mr. Caldwell was past Chairman of the Workers Compensation Section of the Idaho State Bar as well as a member of the Board of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.
