Mr. Clifford Frisbie is a litigation associate attorney with The Kelly Law Team. After more than fifteen years of legal experience in a varying array of legal capacities, Mr. Frisbie chose to join The Kelly Law Team in its efforts to provide excellent customer service and superior legal representation to personal injury victims. Mr. Frisbie began his legal career as a legal assistant to build a solid foundation and understanding of the legal system. This training and background has afforded Mr. Frisbie the opportunity to learn crucial aspects of client representation, as well as, first-hand appreciation of support staff efforts. Mr. Frisbie strives to continually improve his case management and litigation skills to obtain full compensation for those who have been injured by others.
Mr. Frisbie understands that by providing legal and substantive support for each aspect of his client’s claim, and using assertive negotiating tactics, he can efficiently avoid many of the pitfalls and defense tactics utilized by insurance companies. With his extensive litigation experience, Mr. Frisbie has created a meticulous process for developing personal injury demands and lawsuits. Mr. Frisbie believes that understanding each aspect of the incident, and how it has affected his injured client, he can appropriately personalize and relay the client’s claim to an insurance adjuster, judge or jury. Mr. Frisbie fights hard to obtain full compensation for his clients, focusing his practice and skillset exclusively on helping the victims of personal injury matters including auto accidents, premises liability, and dog bites.

Originally from New York, Mr. Frisbie obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Binghamton University in 1999. Shortly after completing his undergrad degree, Mr. Frisbie relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada and began working as a legal assistant while obtaining his paralegal certification from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.
Subsequently, Mr. Frisbie relocated to Phoenix, Arizona and obtained his Juris Doctorate at Phoenix School of Law while working for one of the largest personal injury firms in the southwest United States. Mr. Frisbie has been admitted to the State Bar of Arizona since 2011. Directly following his admission to the Arizona State Bar, Mr. Frisbie successfully sat for the New Mexico and Nevada State Bar Exams. Mr. Frisbie was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar (inactive) and the Nevada State Bar in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Mr. Frisbie is dedicated to providing legal services without divesting client confidence. He has maintained a passion for helping injury victims in the underserved communities of Arizona and was recognized as one of Arizona’s Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in 2012. After years of serving the Arizona community as a sole practitioner, Mr. Frisbie joined the efforts of Mr. John Kelly at The Kelly Law Team in his mission of fighting for the rights of personal injury victims in Arizona.
