Cody was born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Oklahoma State University. He then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. While in Law School, Cody was active in the Agriculture and Environmental Law Association. He also had the privilege to intern for Judge Suzanne Mitchell at the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Since being admitted to the Oklahoma Bar, Cody has primarily focused his practice on civil litigation, estate planning, business planning, probate, real property transactions, criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, and more.
Cody is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
Cody has been nationally ranked as a top ten attorney under forty in Oklahoma in the field of personal injury law.
