Curry Pajcic Bio

Fighting for equality and justice has been at the core of everything Curry Pajcic has done throughout his legal career. Pajcic is the 2022-2023 President of the Florida Justice Association (FJA) and has been a member for 25 years. The FJA is dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida’s civil justice system and protecting the rights of citizens and consumers. Pajcic began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the 4th Judicial Circuit. As a prosecutor, he was honored with the Jury Trial Award for highest number of jury trials to verdict.

Pajcic has been at the Law Firm of Pajcic & Pajcic since 1998, a personal injury firm that was founded by his father and uncle. Pajcic continues his passion for being in the courtroom with numerous significant verdicts, including a recent $1 billion verdict against two trucking companies and their distracted drivers. Pajcic has tried over 100 cases to verdict and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for injured clients and their families.

Pajcic was previously honored as the 2019 Florida Trial Lawyer of the Year by ABOTA. He was named Jacksonville Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2018 by the ABOTA-Jacksonville chapter where he was also the former President. While there, he wrote the Honor Code for the College of Law and was elected as the first Chair of the UF College of Law Honor Committee. Pajcic is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Pajcic was a finalist for U.S. Attorney in the Middle District of Florida. He is also Board Certified in Civil Trial Law. He practices in the areas of wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, and premises liability.

Pajcic is a strong believer in giving back to the community, whether it’s through his church, the many boards he serves on, or his time spent coaching in youth leagues. He wanted to practice law to make a difference in people’s lives. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Dreams Come True and Riverside Presbyterian Day School, Navy-Ortega-Lakeshore Little League and ThouArtExalted.

Outside the courtroom, Pajcic loves spending time with his wife Annie and their four children. Traveling with family and friends is a great joy. He especially enjoys hiking and horseback riding in Wyoming. He also plays golf and is an avid Florida State fan.
