Cynthia Craig is a Partner at Kubota and Craig. Ms. Craig is exclusively experienced in personal injury trials and litigation, including auto accidents, premises liability, government liability, dog bite, wrongful death and traumatic injury cases.

Ms. Craig advocates for the rights of injured victims by being directly involved with organizations that strive to advance and protect these rights.

Ms. Craig has served on the Board of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA) since 2006 and currently serves as President of OCTLA. In 2013, Ms. Craig was awarded Board Member of the Year, for outstanding Service, Dedication and Leadership. She also serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California as an elected Orange County member.

In 2019, Ms. Craig was awarded the Marvin E. Lewis Award given in recognition to continued guidance, loyalty and dedication, all of which have been an inspiration to fellow attorneys. Ms. Craig also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Banyard Inns of Court. In 2014, Ms. Craig was awarded the Inn’s Angelo Palmieri Civility Award for maintaining the Legal Profession’s Highest Tradition of Professionalism and Civility.

Ms. Craig graduated from law school with honors (cum laude). She was a member of the Rodger J. Trainer California Moot Court Team placing in the top, two consecutive years. Ms. Craig was also a recipient of the West Publishing Company Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement.

Ms. Craig is married and lives in South Orange County.
