As a partner at Robert Peirce & Associates, Aaron Rihn leads the firm in complex litigation matters, including class actions, wage and hour collection actions, pharmaceutical cases, civil rights cases, and other product liability cases. In addition, he also handles appellate matters. He infuses his passion for the law into every case, allowing him to strongly resonate with a jury.
Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Grove City College. He then attended the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law. Over the course of his career, Aaron has helped his clients recover more than $50 million in verdicts and settlements. He tried cases to verdict in Pennsylvania and West Virginia and argued before several of the highest appellate courts, including the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
A consummate leader in his field, Aaron was appointed as the co-liaison counsel in the CPAP MDL, as well the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in East Palestine Train Derailment MDL and the Federal Prempro MDL. He has been selected as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer and to the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a recognized Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Multi-million Dollar Advocates Forum, the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Association for Justice (AAJ), Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (WPTLA), and Allegheny County Bar Association.
