Brandt Schmolke has dedicated his law practice to helping people who have suffered injury and damages due to the fault of others. Brandt Schmolke is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Business. He obtained his law degree from the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge. Mr. Schmolke spent the first few years of his practice defending the insurance companies and now uses that experience to serve those who have suffered injury or who have lost loved ones through the negligence of others.
Mr. Schmolke is a life-long resident of Baton Rouge and a graduate of Christian Life Academy. Mr. Schmolke enjoys hunting, fishing, going to the gym, rooting for his LSU Fighting Tigers and spending time with his amazing and talented wife, Jen, and their three dogs. Mr. Schmolke and his wife attend Bethany World Prayer Center - South Campus.
Mr. Schmolke is licensed to practice before all Louisiana District and Federal Courts as well as the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of Louisiana, the Baton Rouge Bar Association, the Louisiana Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and the National Trial Lawyers Association.
