Dakota Persinger grew up in a small town and continues to carry small-town values with him throughout his career. Dakota has dedicated his life to helping others. His integrity and devotion allow him to confront the big insurance companies on behalf of his clients.
Dakota is from Cameron, Missouri and attended the University of Central Missouri where he earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Studies. While there, Dakota served as the President of Lambda Alpha Epsilon and the Pre-law Student Association. Along with his studies, he also served the community through numerous charity events.
After graduation, Dakota began his legal education at Washburn University School of Law. While in law school, he interned with a federal magistrate judge in the District of Kansas, where he was able to observe and learn from many esteemed Kansas attorneys. During his final year at Washburn, he began his journey of representing and fighting for clients as a member of the Washburn Law Clinic’s civil division.
When Dakota is not passionately advocating for his clients, he enjoys spending time on the golf course surrounded by nature and spending time with his dog, Frederick. Dakota enjoys watching the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, and Wichita State Shockers.
