For the better part of the last decade, Mr. Conway has become a nationally recognized resource on military justice. Daniel Conway is a former Marine staff sergeant and captain. He is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and University of New Hampshire School of Law. Mr. Conway is recently a former President of the New Hampshire Bar Association Military Law Section and a current member of the DC Bar. Mr. Conway has also written a book on Military Crimes and Defenses that is near publication with a major national publishing firm. He has been interviewed or consulted on military justice by nearly every major national media organization. He still maintains a presence in San Antonio though he travels the world representing service members.

SERVING MILITARY MEMBERS WORLDWIDE

Mr. Conway has represented members in all branches of service across the globe – including cases in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has been lead counsel or a member of the defense team in several major cases stemming from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has traveled to Iraq seven times while representing service members and Afghanistan once. Mr. Conway has earned a reputation as a skilled and tenacious litigator. He has attended the Trial Lawyers College Death Penalty Seminar.

Mr. Conway has represented members in all branches in matters involving Courts-Martial, Courts-Martial appeals, Correction of Military Records, Article 15s, Reprimands, Separation Boards, Security Clearance Denials, Discharge Upgrades, Evaluation Report Appeals, Flight Evaluation Boards, and Physical Evaluations Boards. He has briefed or argued major cases before every military court of criminal appeals. He has won cases before the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He is also experienced in civil litigation of military matters in federal court and is the former President of the New Hampshire Bar Association Military Law Section.
