After receiving his law degree cum laude from Syracuse University in 2005, Dan has spent his legal career winning verdicts in a variety of practice areas, including products liability, premises liability, and commercial cases, among others. Dan has served as trial counsel in hundreds of cases and has achieved over sixty verdicts in state and federal courts. He has logged tens of thousands of hours in courtrooms across the U.S., including in the states of Texas, Ohio, Washington, D.C., New York, California, Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Delaware, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Washington, and Missouri.
In 2016, Dan received his MBA from Marquette University. Utilizing his business and legal acumen, Dan continues to advise Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses, governments, and individuals. He develops aggressive litigation strategies designed to protect the best interests of his clients. In addition to full time private practice, Dan also enjoys volunteering at the Marquette University Volunteer Legal Clinic.
