Daniel Horowitz received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas School of Law. Daniel began his legal career as a law clerk at Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto, and Friend joining the firm as an associate in 2005 and becoming a partner in 2009. In 2014, Daniel left Abraham Watkins and started his own firm.
In 2023, Daniel also began working with Sage Settlements assisting plaintiff's attorneys and their clients with settlement planning needs. This includes structured settlement annuities, settlement protection trusts, special needs trusts, Medicare Set Asides, attorney's fee deferral, government benefit protection, and lien resolution.
