Daniel Lewis is an experienced criminal defense attorney handling cases in every county of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a former Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Lewis has over 12 years of experience practicing solely criminal law. While a Felony Prosecutor he was assigned to many divisions at the District Attorney’s Office including the Special Crimes Division, handling White Collar cases as well as the Crimes Against Children Division. Mr. Lewis has tried over 150 misdemeanor and felony trials, and handled thousands of other cases, including DWI, drug possession, aggravated robbery, sexual assault, capital murder and all cases involving child victims. Mr. Lewis graduated with Honors from Texas Tech University and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from The Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
