The managing partner of Schwarz & Schwarz, P.C. Daniel takes pride in the fact that he is continuing a firm founded over fifty years ago by his father, Mr. Stanley M. Schwarz. Mr. Schwarz concentrates his practice in civil litigation and personal injury with a focus on promoting workplace safety within airline and construction industries.
Mr. Schwarz has represented numerous injured workers, families, children and individuals in obtaining justice for their injuries and losses. Mr. Schwarz has recovered over $100,000,000 in results for his clients. Often Mr. Schwarz is called upon to evaluate and represent individuals whose cases have been rejected by other attorneys as being either too complicated or unwinnable.
Mr. Schwarz combined his legal expertise and his innovative ability when he authored the Safety System; an industry changing program that has resulted not only in multi-million dollar recoveries for injured worker, but more importantly, safer work place environments.
Mr. Schwarz has dedicated his career to promoting safety in the workplace and the betterment of work environment throughout the nation. He has organized a multitude of talks and presentations on the topic of safety and consults with various groups, agencies (OSHA), committees and organizations to advance all aspects of safety for individuals and workers.
Mr. Schwarz was born and raised in Philadelphia. He earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University, continuing on to Tulane University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1990. In 1991, following completion of law school, Mr. Schwarz attended George Washington University where he received an MBA in finance and international business. In 2000, Mr. Schwarz was awarded the nationally acclaimed Master?s Degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Law School. Mr. Schwarz is married to his wife Amy and together they have three beautiful children; Alex, Campbell and Danielle.
