Prior to starting her own law firm, Danielle worked for one of the most successful personal injury law firms in the country litigating catastrophic personal injury cases. Before that, Danielle worked for a large national insurance defense firm where she practiced in the areas of general liability insurance defense and insurance bad faith. By leveraging her knowledge of insurance company tactics, Danielle learned to effectively dismantle attempts to undermine her clients’ claims, ensuring that her clients’ rights and needs are front and center throughout the entire legal process.
Danielle was born in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Having grown up with a father serving in the United States Air Force, Danielle spent most of her early years traveling throughout the United States, as well as overseas to Hawaii, Guam, Japan, South Korea, and her mother’s home country of Panama. All of which exposed her to an array of diverse lifestyles, backgrounds, ethnic groups, and cultures.
Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. While attending law school, Danielle clerked for the Criminal Appellate Division of the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office. While there, she handled numerous criminal appeals and had the honor of arguing before the Nebraska Court of Appeals.
Danielle is licensed to practice in Nevada and is a member of The National Trial Lawyers, American Association for Justice, Clark County Bar Association, Las Vegas National Bar Association, Nevada Latino Bar Association, and Nevada Justice Association. In 2022, Danielle was named one of the Top 100 National Black Lawyers and in 2023, she was named one of The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
