Darla L. Keen specializes in all areas of medical malpractice and is passionate in her fight for justice for medical malpractice victims, including the aggressive pursuit of justice for injured children with preventable birth injuries. She also specializes in pursuing justice for the elderly who have been abused or neglected in nursing homes and assisted living facilities such as victims of preventable falls. Ms. Keen attended the University of Kentucky College of Law and while in school, served as an associate editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. She has been published in the Kentucky Law Journal as well as in the National Insurance Law Review. Before joining the firm in 2004, Darla spent many years as a defense attorney representing hospitals, nursing homes and physicians in medical malpractice cases.
