David Franco is an attorney dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been harmed by the negligence or misconduct of others. His practice focuses on holding pharmaceutical companies, chemical manufacturers, and other large corporations accountable when consumer safety is compromised in pursuit of profit. David represents clients in cases involving dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, and toxic exposures, particularly where companies failed to adequately warn consumers about serious long-term risks associated with their products.
David began his legal career at a plaintiff’s law firm in New Orleans, where he gained valuable experience working on complex class actions and multi-district litigation. During this time, he worked on several high-profile matters, including the Vioxx, Avandia, BP Oil Spill, NFL Concussion, and General Motors Ignition Switch Recall litigations. His work involved all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and strategic case development.
In 2016, David founded his own practice, where he continued representing individuals in complex product liability and mass tort matters. His work has included litigation involving Taxotere, IVC Filters, Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPI), Philips Respironics CPAP devices, Roundup, Juul Vaping products, and Opioid Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) claims. He later established LexLegal, PLLC, where he continues to focus on product liability, toxic exposure, and mass tort litigation.
David was born in Singapore and has lived in the Middle East, England, and South Louisiana. He values his multicultural background and credits his late father, mother, and grandmother for instilling the principles that guide him both professionally and personally. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife, two young daughters and his dog, Nola.
