As the firm's founder, with over twenty years of experience, David J. Don has tried, negotiated, and won many hundreds of cases. From small rural courtrooms to the highest federal appellate courts, he's represented everyone from millionaire business owners to laborers, people with disabilities and those who are incarcerated.
Following his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, he continued to the Arizona State University School of Law. He has spent years studying classical rhetoric, science, medicine and the arts, and use this knowledge to bring a creative and innovative perspective to winning our cases.

He has achieved two multimillion-dollar jury verdicts. In 2016, he was nominated and accepted as a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates.
He has served as the President of the Phoenix Chapter Board of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, received a Top Ten Civil Jury Verdict in the State of Arizona for 2014 and 2016. His services are sought by other attorneys and members of law enforcement. He is regularly invited to teach other lawyers and law enforcement personnel about psychiatric injury, trial presentation, civil rights and injury law.
