DAVID J. KROLIKOWSKI, Esq., joined Weiss & Paarz after spending over 15 years defending complex medical malpractice lawsuits in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and elsewhere in the northeast region of the country.
Mr. Krolikowski has a diverse technical background that he leverages for the benefit of his clients. He graduated cum laude from Temple University with a BS in Biology. He spent several years as a molecular immunologist before deciding to pursue a legal career, attending Rutgers University School of Law in the evenings while continuing to work in biotechnology during the day. He became a litigator, and while enjoying success, Mr. Krolikowski felt he was on the wrong side of the aisle:
“I was a shareholder in one of the largest medical malpractice defense law firms in the country. I chose to leave to join Weiss & Paarz because I would rather help patients and families impacted by poor medical care than try to defend it.”
Mr. Krolikowski has authored or co-authored several articles appearing in professional literature and frequently lectures on the subject of medical malpractice litigation and strategy. He is a partner at Weiss & Paarz and is dedicated to advocating for competent, quality medical care.
