David Lever

David B. Lever, Founder and Senior Partner of Lever & Ecker, PLLC, has dedicated more than three decades to representing accident victims and their families throughout New York. A graduate of Pace University School of Law in White Plains, David has aggressively fought for the rights of injured individuals since his admission to the New York State Bar in 1990. Throughout his career, he has worked exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs and has never represented or defended the interests of an insurance company or corporate defendant.

After beginning his career at a respected New York City plaintiff's personal injury firm, David founded his own practice in White Plains at the age of 30.
