David Stephens is a Senior Associate Attorney at Rafi Law Group, where he is dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Raised in Arizona and having also lived in Oklahoma, David brings a broad perspective and strong work ethic to his legal practice.
David earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona before relocating to Oklahoma City to attend Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. Prior to joining Rafi Law Group, he practiced at a workers’ compensation firm, gaining valuable experience representing injured clients and navigating complex claims.
Known for his compassionate and client-focused approach, David takes pride in guiding clients through the personal injury process with empathy, clear communication, and dedicated advocacy. He is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Colorado and is fluent in English and Farsi, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse range of clients.
Outside the office, David enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs, embracing the strong personal connections that continue to shape both his life and his commitment to serving others.
