
Dominic Allen Garduño was born and raised in Prescott, Arizona. Dominic double-majored during his undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona University and earned his bachelor’s degrees in American Political Studies as well as Criminology and Criminal Justice. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law in 2020.
During his time at the Duncan School of Law, Dominic led a primary focus on trial advocacy. Dominic served as the Executive President of LMU Law school’s Mock Trial organization where he was ultimately awarded Duncan School of Law’s Trial Advocacy Excellence Award for Best All-Around Advocate. During his studies, Dominic also served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Charles A. Cerny, Jr.
Upon passing the Tennessee bar exam in 2020, Dominic joined private practice where he is committed to serving his clients and building enduring relationships. His practice includes DUIs/Underage DWIs, property crimes, drug offenses, traffic offenses, and other criminal defense matters.
In his free time, Dominic enjoys practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, fishing the Little Pigeon River, and watching minor league baseball games on summer evenings.
