Mr. Marcello has been a trial attorney for over 16-years trying cases in State and Federal court. During that time Mr. Marcello has received a number of awards and accomplishments, but the real testament to why Mr. Marcello has been one of the most sought after trial attorneys is because of his relationship with clients, the Courts, prosecutors, and opposing counsel who he has always treated with respect and good fellowship, while still providing zealous and effective representation for clients.
Mr. Marcello graduated with Honors from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in Economics, before receiving his Juris Doctorate from the Boyd School of Law.
Mr. Marcello has taught trial advocacy at the Boyd School of Law and acted as Pro Temp Judge. He has been a legal commentator for several newspapers and national news stations, as well as, a frequent featured guest for online podcasts and radio shows to discuss legal matters. Additionally, Mr. Marcello has been a cited expert for Nationwide studies of the legal field and has drafted and advocated for changes to State legislation.
