I am admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I graduated from The Dickinson School of Law in 1980.
I have been representing victims of car accidents since 1982 after starting out as a criminal prosecutor in the Delaware Attorney General’s office in 1981. I am a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the National Trial Lawyers and the Delaware Bar Association.
I am a proud graduate of the University of Delaware (1977) with a bachelors degree in History and Political Science (double major). While at Delaware I served as President of the Student Government (UDCC) and as President of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. I also thoroughly enjoyed my time as a Fighting Blue Hen Football Cheerleader for three years and as a Diver on the U of D Swim team.
I have been happily married for 29 years and I am the proud father of twin daughters.
I have been a resident of Delaware since I was 5 years old starting grade school at Anna P. Mote Elementary School, then attending Lombardy Elementary School followed by Springer Junior High School and graduating from Brandywine High School.
I grew up in Fairfax in north Wilmington. My father was a Physical Education teacher at Forwood Junior High School in the former Alfred I. Dupont School District and then taught at Glassboro State College (now Rowan). My parents owned and operated the Olympiad School of Gymnastics in Wilmington for many years until they retired.
