Bio

NYC Personal Injury Attorney

Eileen Kelly knew from an early age that she wanted to be a litigator. After law school, Eileen joined a reputable personal-injury firm in Wilmington, Delaware where she gained valuable experience working first-hand with clients and learning the fundamentals of personal-injury cases. Upon passing the Delaware Bar Exam, Eileen transitioned into an attorney role at the firm where she had the fortunate experience of being able to argue motions in Delaware State Courts, conduct depositions, and handle cases from inception to resolution at the very early stages of her career.

In 2016, Eileen joined a prominent plaintiff’s firm in New York City with a national presence and continued representing clients who suffered personal injuries resulting from automobile, premise, construction, and work-place accidents.

Eileen joined The Perecman Firm in 2019, bringing the skills and the experience she has gained over the years so that she can continue pursuing her passion of advocating for her clients.

AWARDS, ASSOCIATIONS and BAR ADMISSIONS

Eileen has been selected as a member of “Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Stars” since 2017 – an honor awarded to the top 2.5% of attorneys within the personal injury practice, who are under the age of 40 and have practiced for 10 years or less, who have been selected by their peers for exhibiting excellence in the practice of law. Eileen has successfully obtained millions of dollars in settlements for her clients.

Eileen is admitted to practice law in the New York State Courts, Delaware State Courts, and Pennsylvania State Courts. She is also a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

EDUCATION

Eileen earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan Cooley Law School, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Eileen was a Board Editor of Law Review and a chair member of Moot Court. Additionally, Eileen won multiple awards for excelling in legal writing. Upon graduating, Eileen was selected as a member of The National Order of Scribes – an honorary organization recognizing graduating law students who excel in legal writing as one of the top writers in their graduating class.
