Ms. Fridley is deeply engaged in her profession and the broader legal community. In addition to her law practice, she is an active member of the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ) and the Maryland Association for Justice Foundation. She served as President of MAJ from 2017–2018 and continues to play an integral role in the organization. Before her presidency, she chaired the New Lawyers Section, which was honored as Section of the Year for two consecutive years under her leadership (2013–2015). Currently, she serves as Co-Chair of the Nursing Home Section for MAJ.
Ms. Fridley is also a faculty member of the Forensic Interview Research and Education team at the Center for Hope, where she contributes to advancing best practices in forensic interviewing. Additionally, she holds a Board position with Change the Conversation, an organization dedicated to creating meaningful change through engaging the community in the prevention of and healing from child sexual abuse.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her four teenage children and caring for the family’s pets, including a dog and a cat.
