Liz Douglass grew up in Houston, Texas, and attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Business. After graduating from UT, Liz worked as a legal case clerk at a civil litigation firm for nearly two years. Deciding to pursue a career as an attorney, she attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2020.

Liz focuses her practice in all areas of mass tort and personal injury law. She represents clients in state and federal courts across the country. In 2023, Liz was selected by the National Trial Lawyers for inclusion in its Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers, an honor given to only a select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state for their superior skills and qualifications in the field. She was also honored as a 2025 Super Lawyer, a distinction awarded to top-rated attorneys who exhibit excellence and achievement in legal practice.
