
The Kutsenok Law Office is headed by Emily Kutsenok, an experienced attorney practicing exclusively in criminal defense. Before moving to Fort Wayne, Emily practiced law for 6 years in Miami, Florida, where she received substantial experience in handling felony cases such as narcotics trafficking, sexual battery, and domestic violence. She has handled hundreds of cases from their inception, negotiating favorable pleas and trying cases before a jury. Emily has drafted and litigated substantive constitutional motions and advocated for reduction or outright dismissal of her clients’ charges.Â
Emily is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude in the top 20% of her class. While in law school, she received a certificate in Criminal Justice and served as Vice President of the Florida Moot Court Team. She has completed internships with both The Anti-Defamation League and The Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. Emily graduated from college in the top 5% of her class, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2013. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Social Welfare. She was awarded Student of the Year by the College of Social Work at Florida State University.
