Eric W. Cracken joined TorHoerman Law in 2019, to work alongside Jacob Plattenberger in our Chicago office, as a member of our trial team.

At TorHoerman Law, Eric works in our Chicago office as a member of our trial team that focuses in nationwide, complex litigations representing clients who have been injured by the actions of large corporations and organizations. These cases include:
·      Acetaminophen (ASD/ADHD) – Products Liability Litigation, MDL Case No. 22MD3043. Appointed to the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee by Judge Denise Cote in the MDL. The case is pending.Â
·      Diacetyl (Popcorn Lung) – Eric co-leads in all Diacetyl litigation for TorHoerman Law, representing dozens of former/current workers accross the United States who were exposed to Diacetyl in the course of their employment and now suffer from lung disease. These cases are pending.Â
·      JUUL E-Cigarettes (EVALI) – Products Liability Litigation, JCCP No. 5052. Eric assists in the day-to-day client management for TorHoerman Law, LLC.Â
·      Sports-Related Concussions (CTE) – Eric co-leads in all sports-related concussion litigation for TorHoerman Law, including representing the family of a former Olympian who tragically lost his life as a result of his suffering from CTE. This case is pending.Â
·      JUUL E-Cigarettes (EVALI) – Products Liability Litigation, JCCP No. 5052. Eric assists in the day-to-day client management for TorHoerman Law, LLC.Â
Additionally, Eric represents clients who have been injured by the actions of others, in single-incident personal injury and wrongful death cases.Â

PERSONAL LIFE
Eric was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He is a die-hard fan of the 5x Super Bowl Champion Dallas Cowboys (aka America’s Team), the Dallas Stars, and the Oklahoma Sooners.Â
In his free time, he enjoys dominating Tor and Chad on the golf course as well as spending time with friends and two dogs: Rosie and Wrigley.Â
